Students report feeling more confident, connected, and empowered after participating. Educators are saying that M.E.E. and More is unique, fun and an\u00a0impactful program that addresses a growing need in today\u2019s educational environment.<\/h4><h4 data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1645\">The children are engaged, and participate in thoughtful dialogue. They show growth in self-awareness, and are developing and building on their sense of self-love. During this time, she received training in Trauma-Informed Practice and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, shaping her approach to compassionate, effective support.<\/h4><h4>Her work as an advocate and mentor helped her discover her true passion: building positive connections and guiding young people through life\u2019s challenges while loving who they are with every shift, growth and change that they go through. After graduating high school in June 2024, she expressed a strong interest in learning and working with children and youth, and experiencing the guiding and teaching side of programming. Avneet is currently attending Simon Fraser University full time, where she is studying criminology.
